Sono state premiate tutte le Sedi Operative e i primi classificati delle gare di atletica, volley, calcio e special olympic.
La giornata si è conclusa con un buffet offerto dalla Direzione Acquisti dell’Istituto.

Tale proposta verrà ratificata dal Senato Accademico e poi successivamente passerà al vaglio del Consiglio di Amministrazione di Ateneo che, effettuando una ratifica definitiva, will implement this measure.

The problem is not only formal because it involves our life, academic career and our future.
In the event of a possible fourth pole that "value" will be graduating in the workplace, how will handle the transfer of students from a university to a decentralization else? We disclaim any type of service for the student and wait years before that (hopefully) will be set up others? The recruitment will be through merit-based criteria or it will create the classic patronage in this case will damage the quality of teaching?
These and many other questions harbored in my mind and I think it's normal, since no one bothers to inform students, rasscurarli and avoid that, as in my case, look at the fourth university as something that will inevitably cause them to move to Catania.
It scares me and does not hurt that many students ask themselves these questions and have not heard la necessità di accorrere in massa al voto con lo spirito giusto, cioè quello di eleggere dei ragazzi del nostro territorio che guardino dichiaratamente ai nostri interessi ed alle nostre preoccupazioni, capaci di interagire a testa alta con Catania senza infingimenti o remore di sorta.
Non so cosa accadrà ma per quel poco che posso cercherò di seguire la situazione e di raccontarvi tutto step by step.Ho sempre creduto che veramente libertà è partecipazione e se qualcuno vorrà condividere i miei timori,le informazioni e tutto ciò che riterrete utile, sono certo che tutti insieme avremo fatto cosa grata a chi come noi ha a cuore il nostro futuro universitario, un futuro lavorativo migliore e quindi una vita dignitosa. 
Il 12 e 13 maggio si sono tenute le elezioni universitarie per il rinnovo dei consigli di facoltà e degli organi superiori dell'Università di Catania.
Ancora una volta abbiamo dovuto registrate la scarsa affluenza degli studenti del decementramento ragusano,ben lontana da standard accettabili.

La conseguenza è stata l'elezione di un solo consigliere di facoltà ragusano (Paolo Pavia della facoltà di Lingue) oltre alla mancata elezione di uno studente del decentramento in qualche organo superiore.

Strepitosa Overture delle Pon Pon Girls di Marino, coordinate da Federica Guerrisoli che hanno suscitato entusiasmo e simpatia da parte del numerosissimo pubblico che assiepava la tribuna dello Stadio San Barnaba di Marino.
Lo spareggio tra Pomezia e Cecchina qualificava, in apertura di giornata, i ragazzi di Giorgio According to semi-finals, joining the already qualified Colleferro, Valmontone and Marino.
